This access audit checklist helps evaluate the accessibility and usability of building common areas against the Equality Act 2010 and BS 8300. It guides reviews of car parking, approach routes, ramps, steps, handrails, entrances and lobbies, internal corridors and stairs, lifts, internal doors, technology aids, accessible WCs, acoustics, colour contrast and wayfinding signage.
