Conduct a rapid Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW) using this triage checklist. Record building details, existing FRA Type 1 and Type 4 findings, construction type and height, cladding extent and continuity, wall performance (flame, smoke, droplets), RSET considerations, staircases and egress, materials and insulation types, fire service access, and balcony configurations. Note mitigating measures and summarize whether a full FRAEW is required, with reasons and supporting evidence.
