Fire Extinguisher Check Sheet - Sligo Warehouse
by Dave Condell, from the Community
This fire extinguisher check sheet is designed for the Sligo Warehouse to support weekly compliance and safety checks. Inspect each unit to confirm it is correctly located, unobstructed, clearly signed and labeled, undamaged and unused, with the gauge or pin in the correct position showing green and the tamper seal intact. The template lists extinguisher types and positions across entrances, loading areas, back walls, exits, and canteen/portacabin, and provides fields to note reasons for failure and record findings. Use the sign-off section to capture the inspector’s name and date/time, and forward any issues to the Facilities Department for prompt rectification.
