Fire Door Safety Checklist and Inspection

This fire door quarterly checks report template guides consistent inspections across internal fire doors. Inspectors can record door locations and types, verify certification markings, assess cold smoke seals and intumescent strips, confirm the presence and condition of three hinges, measure door and frame gaps, and test automatic door closers.
