This dorm quality and safety inspection checklist is designed for Zone 3 at the David L Carrasco Job Corps Center. It supports weekly walk inspections to identify safety deficiencies, maintenance issues, and quality of life concerns across all dorm areas. Sections cover structural integrity, general health and safety, fire and electrical safety, and bathrooms and laundry rooms. Items include floors, walls, windows, doors, stairways, and exterior conditions; pest control, ventilation, cleaning supplies, lighting, water fountains, first aid kits, AED status, SDS, and eyewash stations; fire extinguishers, evacuation maps, alarm systems, exit signs, emergency lighting, sprinklers, and electrical protections; and sanitation and plumbing checks for toilets, showers, sinks, ventilation, and rubbish handling.
