This inspection checklist supports weekly quality walks at the Paul Simon Job Corps Center, Zone 4, covering male and female dormitories and surrounding grounds. It helps teams identify safety deficiencies, maintenance issues, and quality of life concerns. Sections include structural integrity of floors, walls, doors, windows, and stairways; general health and safety such as ventilation, cleaning supplies, first aid kits, AED readiness, SDS access, and eyewash stations; fire and electrical safety with extinguishers, evacuation maps, drills, alarms, exit signs, emergency lighting, sprinklers, required clearance, and GFCI testing; bathrooms and laundry room cleanliness and function; and grounds checks for fencing, gates, roadways, sidewalks, parking, debris, drainage features, graffiti, and exterior light surveys.
