Kittrell Job Corps Safety and Quality Inspection
by John Hall, from the Community
This Kittrell Job Corps Zone 4 Safety and Quality inspection checklist supports weekly quality walks in line with COP 5.9. It helps center leaders evaluate structural integrity, general health and safety, and fire and electrical safety across Security, Student Life, Counseling, AHSW, OA, and center grounds. Items include cleanliness and maintenance, ventilation, SDS access, eyewash and AED readiness, posted safety rules, supervision, classroom orderliness, evacuation route maps, extinguishers, alarms, GFCIs, sprinklers, and restroom hygiene. Grounds criteria cover fencing, gates, traffic control arms, roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, drainage, and graffiti. Use this template to document findings, add photos, and capture signatures from inspectors and leadership.
