Communication and Evacuation Equipment Checklist

Use this weekly checklist to verify communication and evacuation equipment is available and operational across your site. Inspect radios, landline and mobile phones, satellite phone, fire panel and WIP phone, alarms, and emergency lighting. Check evacuation aids such as stretcher, wheelchair, crutches, hailer and trauma kit, and record site, date, and completion details with name and signature.
