CBMC Master: Custodial Quality Control Inspection
by Israel Hernandez, from the Community
The CBMC Master custodial quality control inspection template helps facilities teams assess cleaning standards across restrooms, office areas, and staff rooms. Inspect doors, mirrors, sinks, toilets and urinals, floors and edges, walls, windows and ledges, internal glass, and high-dusting. Confirm dispensers are stocked, bins are emptied and cleaned, and A/C vents and returns are maintained. Evaluate kitchen areas including tables, chairs, floor surfaces, microwave and fridge interiors. Verify supply closet condition and safety: MSDS book on site, chemicals stored correctly, equipment condition, and test-and-tag status. Capture comments and issues, record client and inspector signatures, and rate overall building cleanliness for continuous improvement.
