Use this BP Gutter Survey checklist to assess and document the condition and cleaning of site gutters. Capture site details and job numbers, verify equipment readiness including space vac, barriers, RCD plug, and cable management, and confirm PAT testing where required. Record whether a full gutter clean was completed from ground level, note any remaining work, and specify access equipment needed. Indicate if the task should be completed by City FM or external contractors, add recommendations, and attach photos. Log any additional work performed and NMPI reportable items. Obtain signatures from the Fabric Technician and Site Manager to complete the survey.
