Conduct a comprehensive residential fire, safety and security assessment for houses and apartments. This checklist covers neighborhood risk, entry lighting, fences and gates, guards, and exterior security. Review building fire protection systems including alarms, sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, extinguishers, hose reels, emergency lighting, exit signs, evacuation plans, stairwells, generators and CCTV. Include apartment floor access, gas cylinder storage standards, pool fencing and CPR signage.
