Annual Sprinkler and Standpipe Inspection Report
by James MacDonald, from the Community
Conduct comprehensive annual inspections of building sprinkler and standpipe systems with this template. Capture general site details, central supervision, and device information. Document fire department connections, incoming water size, fire pumps, jockey pump pressures, and backflow preventers with test history and pass or fail status. Record system configurations for wet, dry, glycol, and pre-action systems, including flow and pressure switches, alarm valves, and excess pressure pumps. Track supervisory devices, reserve sprinkler heads and tools, and required spare heads. Perform NFPA 13 static and residual water pressure tests using nearby hydrants and log results. Include a fire alarm inspection record, photos, comments, and a deficiency report to ensure corrective actions and compliance.
