Use this RTU audit template to assess rooftop HVAC systems at Circle K stores. Document store details and photos of walk in coolers, thermostats, roof access and rooftop units. Capture unit label data including manufacturer, model, serial, motor horsepower, voltage and phase. Inspect relay sections, thermostat connections, filters, economizers, dampers, belts, pulleys, blower sections and VFDs. Record compressor, condenser and evaporator information, including power status and safety lockout. Verify components, take wide and angled photos, restore units to original state, and log completion time and notes.
