Deze inspectie en aanvraag checklist helpt bij het beoordelen of een keuken vervangen moet worden. Leg basisgegevens en reden van inspectie vast, beoordeel de leeftijd van de keuken en de staat van bovenkasten, onderkasten, blad, tegelwerk, spoelbak, kraan en afvoer. Noteer mogelijke lekkage, schimmel, beschadigingen en onderhoud. Registreer ZAV (zelf aangebrachte voorzieningen), voeg fotos toe en vermeld eventuele asbestverdachte materialen op basis van visuele beoordeling. Schat herstelkosten, bepaal of tijdelijke reparatie mogelijk is en markeer spoed.
