In het veldverslag worden afwijkingen, beïnvloeding door derden en naleving van procedures vastgelegd. Er zijn secties voor asbestwaarnemingen en maaiveldinspectie, inmeten van boorpunten, peilbuizen en asbestgaten, fotoregistratie, monstername en transport, opslag en aflevering, en verwerking van overtollige grond of grondwater. Tot slot worden opmerkingen en handtekeningen van veldwerker en projectleider vastgelegd.
