Ergonomics Plus Office Ergonomics Checklist
by Tania Clarke, from the Community
This office ergonomics checklist from Ergonomics Plus helps you evaluate and optimize your workstation for comfort and safety. It covers chair setup and support, proper leg and foot positioning, armrests, keyboard and mouse placement for neutral wrist posture, and monitor alignment at eye level and at an appropriate distance to reduce glare and strain. It also prompts checks for adequate desk space, leg clearance, safe swivel space, and accessories such as headsets for frequent phone use and document holders positioned near the monitor. Use it to identify adjustments that reduce strain and improve daily comfort.
