Underground Pump Station Electrical Panel Inspection
by Nyamjav Terbish, from the Community
Use this step by step SWI to perform 24 week offline electrical inspections on underground pump station panels. It details pre start preparations, isolation using approved processes, lockout tagout and try out, and internal visual checks on J boxes, disconnects, incoming power, PLC, fan control, safety switches, and remote I O. Inspect labeling, arc flash signs, seals, corrosion, moisture, wire terminations, and panel security, then document defects and restore service. Qualified electricians can complete the procedure in about two hours and must maintain housekeeping, PPE, and communication throughout.
