SM Contractor Field Audit Checklist

Use this SM contractor field audit template to assess third party contractor safety performance on mining sites. Verify PPE and respiratory protection, fall protection, H2S or 4 gas monitoring, JSEA and SOP availability, tailgate meetings, and required permits including LOTO and hot work.
