Use this PRETIVM MineArc weekly inspection checklist to verify the readiness of underground mine refuge stations. Confirm access signage and lighting, green-light status, and fire extinguishers with current monthly stamps. Assess housekeeping, mine air, stretcher, door sealant, independent oxygen supply, sealed first aid kit, and emergency water and food levels. Check temperature control, gas monitoring (BM25), and Drager pump and tubes. Validate communications (telephone, radio, PED), emergency sign off sheets, posted code of conduct, firefighting procedures, and current ventilation and escape plans. Record comments and sign off.
