This planned inspection checklist supports safe, compliant drilling and blasting operations. It guides supervisors, safety representatives, and crews through checks for drill benches and wall conditions, correct drill pattern delineation, windrows and separation from other activities, dust control, hole plugging and dipping, and housekeeping. It includes explosives transport and storage on the bench, separation of detonators, secure containers, and quality control.
