Use this critical risk inspection checklist to assess the condition and safe use of fixed and non fixed ladders and mobile platforms. Verify ladder registers and IDs, rung condition, anti slip feet, and absence of corrosion. For fixed ladders check cages, fall arrest provisions, access and obstructions. For platforms confirm SWL marking, guardrails, toe boards, floor mesh, walkway clearances, wheels, and handrails.
