Check stacking, housekeeping, clear exits, pedestrian routes, and segregation from forklifts. Verify pre start checks, horn use, seat belts, PPE, and waste segregation. In the yard, review chemical storage, labels, safety data sheets, spill kits, IBC security, stillage stacking, speed signage, and vehicle pedestrian separation. Capture issues with photos and rate warehouse and yard standards.
