This warehouse and yard safety observation report helps teams identify and correct hazards across floors, aisleways, docks, and outdoor yard areas. Inspect pedestrian and forklift paths, spills, pallet stacking limits, emergency exits, eyewash and spill kits, fire extinguishers, propane stations, and PPE. Observe forklift and yard truck behaviors including speed, horn use, reversing and visibility. Verify pallet organization, clearance from sprinkler heads, access to electrical panels, and general housekeeping. Record pre inspection audits, note any new damage to infrastructure, and capture other safety concerns and corrective actions.
