Raw Materials Warehouse Inspection

Downloads: 0

This warehouse inspection template helps teams assess the raw materials warehouse for safety, compliance, and operational standards. It covers racking integrity to SEMA guidance, correct stacking and SWL signage, locking pins and floor fixings, and upright guards. It verifies FLT operations including licenses, pre-start checks, horns at blind spots, seat belts, segregation, and banksman controls. Housekeeping items address slips, trips and falls. Fire and emergency readiness checks include exits, maps, extinguishers, tags, and warden identification. People and behavior items confirm PPE use, footwear, procedures, and pedestrian route use. Environmental and chemical controls review SDS availability, spill kits, eyewash, waste segregation, and yard practices such as bunding, IBC locks, stillage stacking, speed limits, and vehicle–pedestrian separation. The checklist concludes with ratings for warehouse and yard standards and signatures.
