Use this Risk Assessment and Method Statement template to plan safe work on industrial and construction sites. Capture site details, equipment IDs, permits to work, and emergency procedures. Identify hazards including working at height, rigging, manual handling, chemicals, energy isolation, vehicles, and poor conditions. Assess risk, define controls, and document PPE. Record working at height risk levels, rescue plans, inspections, and equipment checks. Cover environmental and traffic controls, lone working, and communication.
