Use this pre start up check sheet to prepare a mixing area for production. Verify key safety controls such as mixer and hoist guards, lockout tag absence, and emergency stop condition. Check for housekeeping hazards including slips, trips, and falls. Confirm quality and hygiene steps: clean mixer, beater, lid, hopper, sieve integrity, dough skip and underside, and control panel. Ensure tanks and ingredient vessels are empty as required, valves are closed, lid seals are intact, and no foreign matter is present. Includes supervisor sign off.
