This Crowcon POWRA (Point of Work Risk Assessment) checklist guides technicians through a pre-job site walkthrough and risk evaluation. It covers permits and competence, use of personal gas detectors, confined space considerations, lone working, and customer-advised hazards. The checklist prompts controls for working at height (ladders, scaffolds, MEWPs), slips and trips, hazardous chemicals, airborne gases and fumes, nearby plant and machinery, contamination of tools and PPE, environmental conditions, and moving vehicles or cranes.
