This POSHS JCC format is a structured checklist for job cycle checks on the shop floor. It captures JCC details such as date, department, location, duration, and participants, along with SOP availability and display, PPE adequacy and usage, tool and equipment condition, housekeeping and upkeep, and observations of unsafe and safe acts. It guides evaluators to note hazards, unsafe work practices, and other observations, and to record operator learnings, the person who conducted the JCC, and approval.
