The checklist covers mold identification plaques, hydraulic interlocks, water line diagrams, manifolds, hot runner setup, valve gates, and labeling. Validate tooling dimensions, venting, runner and gate quality, sprue details, and safety features. Assess process and part quality including Moldflow validation, cavity balance, flash, mismatch, sink, gloss, read-through, knitlines, wall thickness, ejection, slide and lifter motion, leaks, and demold with EOAT. Capture setup details and record approval status before shipping to the NYX facility.
