This QAS sensory evaluation checklist helps teams assess product quality before release. Record product name, best before date, volume, fill level, weights, and start and end temperatures. Evaluate secondary packaging (carton) and primary units for appearance, sealing, and labeling. Score sensory attributes including appearance, color, texture, flavor, and ripple or inclusion amount and dispersal. Capture sign off and roles involved (Quality, Sales, R and D, Production, Marketing) and review any score below the threshold before product release.
