ISO 45001 Employee Participation and Training

This ISO 45001 checklist helps organizations evaluate employee participation and health and safety training in line with Clause 9.1.2. It covers health and safety representatives, consultation with employees, reporting of hazards and near misses, general and job specific training, documentation and record keeping, employee duties and responsibilities, and communication of health and safety information. Use it to verify how training needs are identified, how sessions are delivered and recorded, how meetings are documented and shared, and to capture evidence for compliance. Includes sign off.
