Corrugator Technical Audit Checklist

Use this corrugator technical audit checklist to verify that your corrugating line is operating within specification across all critical areas. Review reel store setup and handling, roll stands and splicers, single facers, bridges and guidance systems, and the double facer. Inspect roll, glue, doctor and pressure roll conditions, belt condition, and anti crush components. Check temperatures, paper tensions, slit and cut quality, stack presentation, and finished web parameters. Evaluate starch kitchen and viscosity controls, preventive maintenance practices, housekeeping, and safety observations.
