Operator Assessment Checklist AERO-ALL-QU-FR-094
by Colin Mair, from the Community
This aerospace operator assessment checklist supports certification and quality assurance in a manufacturing environment. It covers verification of approval cards and certification stamps, job card and paperwork control, knowledge of concessions, MRB and NC1 procedures, and use of current drawings and process specifications. The checklist prompts photo evidence, records calibration equipment details and due dates, and checks workspace conditions including FOD control and material dates. It concludes with a summary of major and minor nonconformances, observations, dates, and required signatures for both the certification holder and auditor.
