This AMO audit checklist supports Maintenance Organisation certification and approval renewal. It helps verify facility suitability and storage controls; administration and staffing, including nominated management, competence, NDT qualifications, and manpower planning; authorization and recurrent training of certifying staff; availability, control, and calibration of tools and equipment; use and currency of approved airworthiness data and maintenance instructions; certificate of release to service requirements; completeness and retention of maintenance records; reporting of unairworthy conditions to the CAA and manufacturers; maintenance procedures and quality system effectiveness with audits and corrective actions; MPM privileges, limitations, and line maintenance controls; notification of organizational changes to the CAA; and continued compliance for approval validity.
