This 5S audit checklist is designed for Tesla areas (Form 5041E) to evaluate workplace organization and safety. It covers exit routes, adherence to min and max inventory limits for supplies, components, WIP, finished goods, and packaging, and ensures areas are free of unused tools. Criteria include slip and trip hazards, fully stocked shadow boards, clean and organized racks and cabinets, tidy wiring for computers and scanners, clean fans, proper waste segregation, sufficient lighting, and clear electrical panel access.
