Use this EPP Layered Process Audit (LPA) checklist to standardize workcell reviews in automotive manufacturing. Verify PSCP numbers and revisions, confirm operator training and adherence to standardized work, and check PPE and 5S conditions. Validate first-offs and process settings to master, and ensure SPC entries (Form 4886) and process master log updates (Form 4800) are current. Inspect calibration on check fixtures, quality alerts and sign offs, and product-specific checks such as Ford service, GMX 352 glue, and Transit headrest. Review oven procedure SW-EPP-4392 records, TPM schedules, vision camera operation, and fixture tethering.
