This de-installation checklist is designed for Stonegate sites to record and manage the removal of network equipment and handsets. Capture site name, address, engineer and manager contacts, Panama reference, and a description of works. Log reinstallation date, ladder availability, and the number and location of access points and phones. Add photos of existing APs and phone locations, note where deinstalled devices are stored, and record the comms cabinet location with a photo. Use the additional comments section to flag issues and ensure a complete, auditable handover.
