Use this Zapper site survey checklist to assess restaurant sites before installation. Capture venue name and location, number of tills, and who completed the survey. Record WiFi SSID and password, WiFi signal strength at each till, and overall mobile signal. Note customer preferences for tips, interceptor type, which tills print confirmations, and preferred QR code. Document POS connections, printer cable ends at till and printer, available USB ports, and nearby power sockets, supported with photos. Collect proof of customer ID from accepted documents such as passport, driving licence, utility bill, company letterhead, Companies House certificate, or cheque book, plus signatures from the customer and Zapper representative. Complete final checks with photos of printer and interceptor configuration prints, confirm capture from the till and any regex request, and ensure copies of IDs are taken and signed.
