Diversified Construction Site Survey Checklist

This construction site survey checklist helps teams capture essential site conditions and room details before installation. Record job title, site address, date, and preparer. For each room, note power installation, number of sockets, power height, and distance from the center of the wall, and take photos of power and data points. Verify data installation and ports, document data height and measurements. Identify ceiling type and void depth in millimeters with photos, and record floor type and floor void depth with photos.
