Water Outlet and Temperature Register

This checklist helps teams record monthly water outlet temperatures and manage Legionella control across facilities. Log sentinel points at the furthest and closest outlets to each tank or cylinder, capture cold and hot source temperatures, and verify outlets are free from scale. Document the number of sinks and hand wash basins, spray outlets and tap inserts, and any other services in areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, poolside, and ensuite rooms. Add results, notes, and corrective actions when temperatures fall outside limits to maintain compliance and traceability.
