Use this Team Leader Certification Sheet to evaluate restaurant team leaders across critical operational skills. The checklist covers safety and security, customer and dining room service, interior and exterior cleaning, produce prep and salads, drink station operations, fry station, makeup and grill stations, breakfast prep, and drive-thru. It includes daily administration tasks such as cash counts, inventory, paperwork audits, invoice receiving, and end of day reporting. Assess competence in discounts, refunds, school charges, incident reporting, and maintenance requests. Validate equipment care including toaster belt changes, shake machine sanitation, fryer filtering and boil outs, and floor management certifications.
