Use this Heineken bar setup checklist to get your bar service ready. Confirm ice wells are filled, ice scoops are clean and stored in sanitizer, speed rails are stocked, fruit is prepped, and jiggers and bar caddies are clean and in place. Ensure the bar is cleaned with mats laid out, fridges stocked with lights on, post mix guns set up, and glass and general waste bins positioned. Replace nozzles on draught pumps, set up the glass wash, and make cleaning supplies like spray, blue roll, mop and bucket available. Check printers are on with till roll, and keep spare straws and napkins handy for a smooth opening.
