This quick service restaurant audit checklist covers guest service and food quality from drive thru greet times and upselling to order confirmation, condiments and speed of service. It also inspects parking lot cleanliness, POP placement per brand instructions, and dumpster standards. Food quality items include sandwich build and packaging, product knowledge, oil cleanliness, properly filled fries with correct garnishes, and labeled toppings for Sauced and Loaded varieties like Bacon Cheddar or Steak and Parmesan.
