It covers bed making technique and linen condition, bedroom cleaning and dusting, TV and furniture checks, high dusting and electrical equipment care, and collateral presentation. Bathroom sanitation includes bath, tiles, vanity, toilet, shower screen, chrome, floors, bins, mirrors, and amenity setup. Additional sections assess walls and windows, kitchen tea and coffee areas, crockery and appliance care, stain removal, wardrobe setup and iron condition, and thorough vacuuming. Stayover service standards, corridor cleaning, storeroom and trolley presentation, stock control, and rubbish or linen storage are included. Housekeeping procedures address lost property, absenteeism, key control, hotel security, chemical awareness, reject linen, and workflow, with trainer and trainee sign off.
