Mall Tenant Inspection: Food Court and Restaurant

This tenant inspection checklist is designed for mall food courts and restaurant locations. It guides quarterly site visits to assess storefront condition, serving lines, dining and kitchen areas, lighting, ceilings and vents, sprinkler clearance, housekeeping, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers. It also covers plumbing fixtures, cleanliness, grease trap maintenance, rooftop kitchen exhaust cleaning, hood cleaning and suppression system service, rooftop grease interceptors, and monthly pest control. The form includes fields for dates of service, recommendations, and signatures from the store representative and inspector to document compliance and follow-up actions.
