This Manager on Duty (MOD) Report Checklist helps hotel leaders run consistent shifts and document key operational details. It covers lobby and bar lounge checks, guest welcome and escort, lift operation, cleanliness, promo displays, and public area standards. Spot-check guest rooms for defects, cleanliness, odors, amenities, and Wi-Fi or TV issues. Review meeting rooms, banquet storage, musholla, corridors, housekeeping pantry, canteen, and BOH areas. Verify aromatherapy and background music, toilets, exit doors, emergency stairs, and lighting indoors and outdoors. Include engineering checks for genset, tanks, heat pump, gas, and CCTV room. Capture guest courtesy visits, F&B outlet standards, breakfast and dinner setups, and restaurant cleanliness. Conclude with handover notes, occupancy, rooms out of order, next MOD, and open projects across housekeeping, engineering, and F and B.
