Conduct a thorough self-audit for Sonic restaurant locations with a checklist covering imminent health risks, cleaning and sanitation, employee health and hygiene, time and temperature controls, good retail practices, pest management, and required documentation. Verify water, sanitizer, equipment setup, utensil and surface sanitation, and handwashing compliance. Confirm TCS food handling, cold and hot holding limits, cooking temperatures, and thermometer calibration. Check storage, labeling, allergen controls, and cross contamination prevention. Ensure pest services, equipment, and records are in place. Capture and review logs for receiving, cooling, thawing, cooking, and hot holding.
