This kitchen safety checklist helps teams run daily food safety and hygiene checks. Cover temperature logging for multiple fridges, confirm probe function and availability of wipes and allergy stickers, verify sink cleanliness and date checks (including dry store and undercounter fridges), and ensure FIFO storage and intact fridge seals. Inspect for pests, keep stock off the floor, and prevent cross contamination. Confirm soap levels in dispensers, hot water availability within 30 seconds, and proper handwashing at designated sinks. Avoid storing food at room temperature and escalate pest issues to pest control when needed.
