This checklist covers temperature control for cold and hot storage, proper food handling, dated containers, and expired-item checks. Verify dishwashing and three-compartment sink procedures, sanitizer test strips, water and plumbing, restrooms and handwashing stations, and waste management. Review housekeeping, pest control, lighting, ventilation, and blocked egress. Confirm safety items including fire extinguishers, emergency and exit lights, SDS, first aid, AED/EpiPen, eyewash, and GFCI outlets, with logs and documentation.
