by Juan De La Garza, from the Community
This Jack in the Box Guest Experience Review checklist guides auditors through a complete assessment of quick service operations. Evaluate drive-thru performance from greet time, order confirmation, friendly service, and window interactions to OTD targets. Review accuracy touchpoints including sauces, bag contents communication, receipts, and special requests. Assess product quality for fries, burgers, beverages, fried and grilled items, tacos, breads, saucing, and microwave programming. Verify back-of-house readiness, holding cabinets, fry bin procedures, and FIFO. Confirm rush readiness for team and equipment, staffing, workstation positioning, and PIC leadership. Inspect dining room service and speed, uniforms, and cleanliness. Check exterior signage, POP, parking lot, drive-thru boards, lanes, and service window. Ensure restroom standards and training, certification, and promotion execution are in place.
